A little more about me…
At 14, I drew a still-life bird. That bird accidentally changed my life and pulled me headfirst into the world of colour, craft, and creative obsession.
A little luck and a lot of gummies later, I made it into NTU School of Art, Design & Media. Four years of sleepless nights, zombie-mode days, and dark circles later, I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications (Second Class Honours, Upper). The eyebags came free.
My first full-time job made me fall hard for the chaos, collaboration, and joy of agency life. Fast forward 11 years, and I’ve since grown my craft at Grey, TBWA\ and most recently VML—sharpening my strategic thinking, concept ideation, and art direction along the way. I’m drawn to ideas that are innovative, socially bold, digitally daring—and grounded in human truth (not just pretty pixels).
When I’m not creating, I’m a full-time mum to two little humans who are my biggest motivation and toughest critics. In 2018, I had the honour of representing Singapore at Cannes Young Lions (Digital)—with my firstborn in tow at T-2 months. Her celebratory kicks when I made the shortlist felt like a live symphony. I’m choosing to believe they were applause.
Outside of work, I love to documents both my travels as well the day-to-day—capturing quiet moments, textures, and stories that continue to shape how I see and create.
That’s my journey in a nutshell. If this resonates, feel free to drop me a note—I’d love to connect 😊
